Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that when you receive your Citrus & Spice products you’ll be completely satisfied with the delivery and the product. However, if you are not satisfied or have ordered the wrong product, or have received a damaged product, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement. You can return it to us within 28 days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. Returns that are used, and open are eligible for store credit.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for refunds and exchanges. However, we cover return shipping costs for products that were received damaged when delivered. If you have received a damaged product we ask that you take a picture of it while in the shipping packaging and email us at email@example.com .
When sending us back product, please ensure your parcel is sent by tracked delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the post office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Once we have processed your return or exchange, our customer service team will contact you by email. Allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you! Keep an eye out for our email communication. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 business days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
